I love mentoring entrepreneurs and established CEO’s in the growth phases of their business, but as you can imagine, I only have time to work with a select few.
This is what these entrepreneurs look like:
. They have a proven product or service
. They have ongoing revenues
. They have a proven demand for their products or services
. They are struggling to scale their businesses
. Their growth is restricted by their ability to obtain volume manufacturing
. They are committed to being strong businesspeople, who value deep relationships.
I am NOT the right fit for:
. People with just an idea or prototype that has not been tested in the market
. You’re only in it for the money
. You do not value integrity or deep relationships.
. Those who just want to “pick my brain.”
An example of my “perfect” mentoring client is Nichole MacDonald, founder of www.thesashbag.com We have been working together for a year and having a ball doing it.
“At a low period when I was contemplating closing the doors, Brian gave me the humor to recognize where I was at in the “Birth to Adult” phase, the confidence to re-group, prepare a Kickstarter campaign, re-negotiate with suppliers and basically “release my limitations” His deep knowledge of business (and life in general) has expanded my vision and opened so many doors for me and SASH.” – Nichole MacDonald
